Angled carry handles. Per the DXE email: Handles, Angled, for Icom IC-7300, IC-9700, IC-R8600, Includes Two Handles and Mounting Screws, Black Powder Coating, Kit. Matthew owns an ICOM IC-9700 but no IC-7300, so these are presumably for the 9700.
